What one most common exercise are you overlooking in your grip training?

Sometimes the most overlooked exercise is the most obvious one. The one you've been doing for years and haven't made a change to since Clinton was president, or the one that is so common you've been neglecting it for years because you simply got sick of it.

Very few movements are as big as this one. It stresses almost all the tissue of the body, and yet can be a linchpin in your grip training.

I've been using this movement, and all the new variations that I've come up with as a major component of my training. In the past year I've competed with some of the top grip athletes in the entire world, and I've given them a run for their money. Needless to say, I've learned a few things about grip training, and I've learned that this movement is not one you want to skip.
